Don’t let the size fool you, this miniature mended heart is strong, resilient, and full of love. At just an inch tall and wide, the focal heart is made of tattered vintage feedsack quilting scrap (1930s) and has a sweet rusted bell dangling from the bottom. The heart is two-sided / reversible, with purposely primitive stitches. Lovely, rare beads complete a carefully curated romantic tribal look that you’ll want to wear with everything, either alone or layered with other jewelry. The antique brass chain is delicate and 24″ long. I am happy to shorten it for you, just ask.
This particular purchase will be extra special; I will immediately donate $25 to this GoFundMe, set up to help the broken-hearted families of Uvalde, TX in their time of unimaginable tragedy.
Look for more Small & Mighty Mended Hearts coming soon. I’m hoping to be able to do more of these that will include the donation feature in the coming week.
