All about Lou. Being the world's preeminent designer of custom charm bracelets means that I know lots and lots of secrets. For example, I know that Louise (who lives in Australia, btw) is just that kind of break-all-the-rules-girl. How do I know this? Because her best girlfriend Jessica told me!
